    Yes! AnnMarie leads mentorship and weekly check-ins for new tenants, especially during the first few months. This includes guidance on marketing, pricing, branding, and growing your clientele.

  • Can I decorate my suite?

    Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize your suite to reflect your brand. Wall décor, furniture, and styling are welcome—just no permanent structural changes without approval.

  • Do I need my own salon license & insurance?

    Yes. All tenants must:

    -Hold a valid Virginia cosmetology or specialty license

    -Carry their own liability insurance

    -Operate as an independent business

    We’re happy to guide you through what’s needed if you’re new to being solo.

  • What amenities come with my suite?

    Weekly rent includes:

    -Your private, passcode-protected suite

    -Utilities (electric, water, HVAC)

    -High-speed Wi-Fi

    -Access to shared common areas

    -Streaming services (Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Hulu)

    -Building maintenance

    -2 weeks rent-free vacation (for 1+ year leases)

    -Laundry Machine & Detergents

    -Barbicide

    -Wash Station access for implements

    -On-site mentorship & support

  • What hours can I work?

    Your business - your hours. You create your schedule and work when it suites you & your goals! AnnMarie can help you decide what your week should look like in order to effectively grow your business - but ultimately, it’s up to you!

    We are located in the Virginia Center Commons area — our salon suites are unique to this area, which makes our service providers even more of a gem to those local to Ashland/Glen Allen!
